New Years in Utah

Tiffany, Katie, Rachael, Rebecca, Elizabeth, John, Scott headed to the New Years Eve dance and the University of Utah.

While we were in Utah we played with family and stayed at our favorite "Little America Hotel".

On Monday we all went ice skating in Murray Utah.  After ice skating for awhile Hannah let us all know that ice skating is not as fun as swimming.  Which is her favorite activity.

The real reason we went to Utah is for Adam and Carolyn's wedding in the Salt Lake Temple.  The kids colored in the family waiting room. 

It was January 3 in Salt Lake and the weather was so mild and lovely.  There was no snow, no rain, no blizzards.  Quite a lovely day to be married in the winter.

We had the luncheon at the old church house in Salt Lake where President Hinckley grew up.  It was a beautiful church with a balcony and stained glass windows.  Aunt Catherine put on a beautiful luncheon.  If you want something done right and done beautifully, she is the woman!  She has talent!
