This is Grant Aunt Catherine, I had to ask her if I could take her picture with my little girls. She doesn't like her pictures taken. This is a treasured picture with Annie and Hannah. CUTE!
Everyone is out in Paul's backyard watching his new toy! A bottle rocket that shoots really high into the air. He entertained everyone with the rocket. We are just glad it didn't come down on anyone.

Miriam and Emma are 11 years old cousins. We took a picture of Katie, who is 4 weeks from 18 years, to show that next time we see these cute girls they will be taller than Katie.

Brenda is Grants oldest sibling. She is fighting breast cancer. She is the most beautiful, talented, happy, fun to be around sister in law. She took off her wig and showed us her bald head. Annie asked if she could try on her wig, so a snapped a picture. Then we put it on James!
James wearing Brenda's wig. He had us all laughing at what a cute surfer boy he is with long hair, luckily he has no desire to have long hair, it is the missionary haircut for him.
Cousin fun: Hannah, Taylor and Eliza! My little girls had such a fun time with all their Utah cousins! Glad we had somewhere to go for the 4th of July. Arizona 4th of July are just way to HOT and not much going on. We did have a HUGE dust storm that we heard about, but missed the excitement.
This is Melissa Coon in the purple, this is her lovely home. She LOVES to garden. You can see she is very talented. Her yard and her home was beautiful. They opened their home to us and we had the large basement to ourselves. Thank you for having us! And thanks for sharing your green smoothies!

Trust me you didn't miss much around here. The 4th of July used to be one of my favorite holidays! For the past 2 years we have been trapped inside because it is so dang hot her. I told Clint we either need to go to San Diego or Utah next year! See, you had the right idea :) Looks like you guys had a blast and your SIL looks beautiful!
Such tender pictures with their aunt Brenda. It's funny how the most heart-wrenching trials can also be sacred and precious.
We spend the fourth in Utah most years. We chose a darling little town, and crash their party every year, including their fun run. We don't even know anyone there.
