We drove to Richfield Utah and spent the night. Then finished the drive the next day. Getting to Highland Utah around 11am.
The first activity was an intensely competitive game of slip and slide kickball.

After the kick ball game we put the slip and slide together and made a long slide down a steep hill. Thank goodness know one was hurt. The family all had a terrific time together.
After dinner at Paul and Melissa home we went out to the front yard and set off some fireworks for the 24th of July celebration! These were big fireworks!!! About 10 minutes into the show the firetruck and police chief came wheeling around the corner to stop us. We talked to them and won them over. They even took our families picture in front of the fire truck.
Aunt Catherine and her HOT convertible mustang! My 3 girls drove back to her house in her face and fun car. It even rained that night. It was beautiful weather.

July 25, we all went to Lagoon amusement park.
I am not much for the rides so Grant got to go on all the thrilling rides with Hannah. He was a little sick at the end of the day, head spinning.

Everyone got soaked! Which was a great thing considering we were HOT!
The boat ride... I did ride this ride and every time I would come back down my stomach would be sick.
Hannah couldn't wait to ride the swings. She was devastated that she was 1 inch to short. Talk about an unhappy girl!

At the end of the day we got Hannah and Annie a huge sucker. Didn't get a picture of Annie.
The next day we went up American Fork Canyon to a cold lake and canoed all over it. What really happened was we had a huge water fight in our canoes. A couple of the canoes were tipped over. The weather was frigid!

These were the guys that were getting everyone wet. They were all out to get each other.
Annie and Abby were on their own canoe. They did really good a paddling together.
Out in the distance you can see another boat capsized. 4 girls were on it, Rachael, Katie, Alice and Sarah. They were good sports.
That night was skit night. Talk about a fun time with a lot of people acting, dancing, and being silly!
Overall, it was a successful reunion. We have so much fun together laughing and playing. Families are such a blessing.
